Austin's 10-3 Season Lost to a 6-7 Champ

The 2018 season was a brutal reminder that regular season records don't mean much in the playoffs.

Austin's "Deflated Ballz" went 10-3 with an impressive 1,566 points scored. Meanwhile, Jimmy's "The Knights of Boo" limped into the playoffs with a 6-7 losing record and only 1,386 points. On paper, this shouldn't have even been close.

But Jimmy got hot at the right time and won the whole thing. Austin had one of the best regular seasons in league history and has nothing to show for it except a participation trophy and some painful memories.

That's fantasy football. The best team doesn't always win—just the team that peaks in Week 16.
