Raleigh's 11-2 Season That Wasn't Enough

Raleigh's 11-2 Season That Wasn't Enough

Sometimes the best regular season team doesn't win it all. Case in point: Raleigh in 2016.

Raleigh's team "6 Upside Down" absolutely dominated the regular season, going 11-2 with over 1,500 points scored. That's nearly 300 more points than Pat, who finished 8-5 as the 1st seed. By every regular season metric, Raleigh should have won the championship.

But fantasy football doesn't care about your regular season dominance. Pat's team "Enter the Machine" executed when it mattered most and took home the title. Sometimes the playoffs are just a different game, and Raleigh learned that the hard way.

An 11-2 record with no ring to show for it. That's tough.
