When last year's champion becomes this year's Sacco

Robert C.: 2023 Champion → 2024 Last Place

Won the championship in 2023, then confidently named his team "The CHAMP" in 2024. Proceeded to finish dead last with a 5-9 record. The irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife.

Jimmy: 2018 Champion → 2019 Last Place

Captured the 2018 title, then went 3-10 in 2019 to claim the Sacco Award. At least he had the self-awareness to name his team "The Worst Team Ever". He wasn't wrong.

1. Austin: 1-12 (2020) - "Jets Fan" 🏅 WORST RECORD IN LEAGUE HISTORY
2. Matt: 2-12 (2023) - "Below rock bottom" - The name says it all

Raleigh's 2020 Nightmare

12-1 record, league-leading 1,510 points, and still finished 3rd place. The ultimate playoff collapse.

Raleigh's 2016 Déjà Vu

11-2 record, 1,502 points scored, finished 3rd again. At this point, it's a curse.

Shane's 2023 Bad Luck

Scored 1,631 points (championship-level production) but went 6-8. Sometimes the schedule just hates you.

Austin's 2021 Elite Disappointment

Put up 1,610 points (most in the league) and still finished 3rd. Excellence unrewarded.

The 2018 Triple Tragedy

Three teams went 10-3 (Austin, Matt, Raleigh). None of them won the championship. Chaos reigned.
